Female age 1-2 years
To be spayed
Agnes was brought to us after being abandoned when her owners left rented accommodation. She was left trapped in the apartment with no food or water for 3 weeks. The only reason she was left was due to her being pregnant. So not only did she have to fight to survive she had to go through giving birth and fight to keep her for babies alive! When she arrived she was severely dehydrated and had to spend a week with Terry and the team at gatehouse vets on a drip and other meds. As a result of what she went through Agnes is on a special diet as her digestive system still struggles with normal cat food. Terry believes over time this will ease and she will get back to managing normal food. As such she cannot go to a home where other cat food is accessible. Despite her ordeal she is an amazingly friendly if not slightly loopy cat. She has a serious addiction to catnip but also loves nothing more than to be stroked until your arms ache. If you think you can provide a suitable home for this amazing cat please get in touch.
