Faith has been in foster care a long time. She came in after being terribly abused by children and was very timid and scared. Initially she was happy to be friends with other cats…they were her comfort….and distrustful of humans, understandably. The situation has now changed, as she has grown in confidence her trust of humans has grown but she has now started to assert herself in an aggressive way towards other cats. This is a common behaviour in an abused or frightened young cat who hasn’t had normal boundaries or a loving start in life. Faith is a lovely cat who is affectionate with people and would be a lovely cat for someone but this would be as an only cat. We would also recommend no children in the household. She doesn’t demonstrate any aggressive behaviour towards grown ups so would be a lovely affectionate companion. Currently in foster with Carol in Allerton, please message us if you would like to meet her.
