This wonderful chap came to us as a stray in a dreadful state with a massive eye infection. The infection was so severe that we thought he would lose his eye, however after weeks of intensive treatment his eye has been saved. It will never be a “normal” eye but it’s still there. At the same time it was discovered that he had an old fracture of his jaw, the vet has tried to realign it but in the end it was decided that he had adapted to it and it was more comfortable for him to carry on as he is. He is also microchipped and we did find his first owner who told us he had been rehomed at two years old but attempts to find his second owner have failed. So Marmite has been through the wars! Despite all this he is a lovely boy, he is affectionate and loves lots of attention. Likes to chat and loves his grub. He’s still in a cage so his relationship with other cats is unknown but with the right home his new owners would win the jackpot. A lovely chap
